Love Island winner confirms plans to record music with Stormzy

Kem Cetinay, ITV’s Love Island winner, has confirmed that he’s working on a collaboration with Stormzy.
The grime MC has already expressed his fondness of the television programme which he made an unexpected appearance on recently and will now collaborate with the show’s winner.
During the Love Island reunion show the winner was asked about his plans with Stormzy to which he stated: “There’s definitely something going on. There’s going to be a thing. Everyone is going to see it.
Talk of the unlikely collaboration was sparked when the South London rapper featured on the programme via a video stream. His appearance came ahead of a talent show which saw contestants Kem, Chris and Marcel rapping under the name Run KMC. Watch Stormzy’s appearance below.

This year’s series saw Blazin Squad member and contestant Marcel Somerville secure fifth place with his girlfriend Gabby Allen. His appearance on the show has also resulted in Blazin’ Squad streams soaring by 2500% on Spotify and the group confirming plans to reunite.
